My favourite food is paella. The Valencians made the first paella. Paella was the name of the pan people used. It was big, flat and round. They used rice, tomatoes, onions and snails to cook paella. On special days, they cooked rabbit, duck or chicken too. Later, people on the coast added fish or seafood. Nowadays, people eat paella at restaurants and at home.
